Humphrey, also known as The Great Magnus MagnÌficos, is another circus character. He is a biomancer who uses his transformation magic to appear to be doing stage magic. Turning cards into doves, girls into tigers, and the like. His set-up is such that he makes it LOOK like there's some kind of mechanical assistance when he's really just being lazy and using real magic. He joined the circus to learn real magic because he is genetically disinclined to be able to use it naturally. He's a Nixie, and as a fae and creature OF magic, he can't use it himself without outside assistance. So he's indebted to the Ringmaster who teaches him the ropes. For a price.

He also has natural hypnotic abilities, which his race uses to lure people into their rivers to drown them. He's basically an erotic hypnosis character with some added abilities for changing a person's body to match their mind.

He's a bit of a jerk, too.
